Problem with upload

I just tried to upload photos using a zip file, which I have done before with no glitches.

This time I got the wait bars at the bottom as normal and then it went to the no more images to upload screen. Usually it goes to a list so you can add titles, keywords etc. I clicked the hyperlink and there are no images in the new album?

Where did they go? Did I do something wrong along the line or is it merely a glitch?

Then I thought it was working and it took me to the right screen but when I hit the button after entering all the info I get:
