Problem using Dive Planner with Puck Air

I have installed the latest Dive Planner software. Unfortunately even through the app recognizes the DRAK peripheral, it does not recognize the puck. I am running Windows 7 - 32 bit and I have uninstalled the prgrams and the drivers, reinstalled manyntimes, but I still get the same error message. Has anyone had these same issues?
 
wish i had a solution. i'm using my macbook to download my log, and every time i click up load it tells me it's not recognized. haven't been able to get a mares rep to say anything. still looking for help.
