Problem attaching an image

is having trouble attaching an image to her post.

When she clicks on the "Insert Image" icon she gets the following dialog box (see image).

As you can see the option to upload from the computer is missing. What's going on?

It's because the user was a "new user" and upload attachments is not allowed for that usergroup. Now that the user has more than 5 posts... they should be able to upload photos.
