I like a slightly longer hose as I like clipping the hose to my chest d ring instead of my waist one. I have most lengths of hoses in stock here as well.

the real deal is that everyone feels the hose at 24 is too short when they start with it, then 90% who stick with it wouldn't want it any longer...

Don't feel bad, this was my exact same experience with a 30cf bottle.

yup. then you add another 40 or another 80 and the whole process starts over ...
