In relation to price, size, power, ttl, cable connection etc. How important was color temperature to you when selecting your strobe?

Seems it was a bigger factor during the film days. I observed color temperature ranges from from 4200k to 5600k depending on brand and model with or without diffuser.

Is this still a major consideration with digital ?

Another related question, when buying a focusing light, how important is it to match the color temperature of both?
