I passed that road night time... No worries... actually well lit. I also went to Tagaytay Highlands via exit in Star toll... also forgot the exit name... also very quick to get to Tagaytay that way... walang traffic... Well lit road as well and you won't believe how helpful Pinoys are on directions.

Problem lang when you ask about distance they just tell you ask the next barangay out post... hehehehe

Sorry, I went thru Highlands as I had to attend dinner there after the day trip to Anilao. Had an adventure looking for Highlands thru Star toll...

It's only closer and less traffic to Highlands but still a farther ways to Manila IMO.
