I have read posts on Puerto Rico, dive shops etc...
Wife and I going for Thanksgiving week, using my Dads timeshare in Cabo Rojo, bringing our dive gear and praying for no waves- sorry surfers-
I know we are looking to do The Wall Dive and maybe Desecho, probably will use West and/or Parguera Divers.

I need shore diving info, self guided

3 years ago I had a blast at Crash Boat beach AMAZING and easy to find- we'll do that as one shore dive- I am experienced in shore/navigation skills- Rescue

Heard SHacks and Steps beach/Tres Palmas/Playa Escalera are good but thats all. Where are they, is there a parking lot (I think Shacks does),Does anyone have any experience to share about the beach diving. I know its there but its not easy to get info on without a tour guide. Diving there or snorkeling? Tank rental recommendations?

I have found some info on local Rincon wave action and hope that there is NONE when we get there :)

I can't wait for the chow on the local food of my family My turkey will be Roast Pork ie:pelnil; Bacalau frito; pastelijos making myself hungry, have some warm sun and swim swim swim.

If its some acient chinese secret- PM me to share and I'll keep it quiet- Scouts Honor

Thanks in advance everyone
