This may be a really silly question, but who are the PPD? Is this an organized group?

the PPD are the Philippine Paradise Divers and as for being organised, well sort of.
They do put on some really fun DORs (Dive-O-Ramas). And they have some really cute ladies as members.

basically they are a group of people who post here in the Philippines section of Scubaboard!

you can be a PPD too if you want... just introduce yourself on that sticky at the top....
