I think it's relatively easy to do. If you put a power supply, a vibration speaker of suitable power, and an economical class D amplifier in a reliable sealed case, all you have to do is connect it via a sealed connector to the DRS-100. Perhaps you could then add a volume control.
I assume that there are many similar designs, for example this one: Using a vibration speaker allows you to significantly increase the volume or reduce power consumption, increase battery life.
