Posting a picture to profile

Can anyone explain how to attach a pic to my profile?

Go to "User CP" and on the left hand side in "Your Control Panel" in the first section marked "Your Profile" you'll see "Edit Profile Picture". Click that and you 'll get a page that says "Custom Profile Picture". You can can either upload from a web site (like Photobucket if you have an account there) or one from your own computer (click the browse button and find it on your computer in that case). When you're finished, click "Save Changes" and there you have it.

btw, the picture that shows below your username is called your Avatar. Same process as described so well above, just use the Edit Avatar link instead to change it.
