Any roofers out there ? They say power is still up to 3 weeks away...

I've got 3 calls into my regular roofer and no returned calls.

Can I use RT 600 liberally to reattach the (60 some) tiles which have left my roof ? (I luckily found a source for tiles for my 1988 roof). Will I be hampering future repair work in doing so ? Do I really need the grey "mud" to attach to the tiles to the tar paper ?

Fortunately although the roof looks like heck there's only one small area where I see bare wood. Is there a quick and dirty thing I can do to seal the wood ?

I'm sure there's more questions to follow

Thanks
