Industrial O2 cylinders are not "o2 cleaned" like we clean cylinders in the scuba universe. They steam them out and dry them and put in a dedicated valve made for O2 service and that's that. There's no blue gold or simple green or anything like that in part because industrial O2 cylinders are never filled with anything but O2 and never filled by an oil lubed compressor.
