and what will happen if I change from Viton to EPDM in static O-ring, not for oxygen above 40, same durometer ?

There are very few indications for Viton other than at the tank connection and the HP seat oring. Mares, for example, has completely eliminated Viton from their kits, except for high 02 kits for legacy models like the Navy Abyss.
Some of the lawyer-induced hysteria over o-ring combustion has abated in the decades since the introduction of Nitrox.
