Aquatic Safaris is running to the Lobster Wreck this Sunday June 22, and has 11 openings on the trip.
Ed's Lobster wreck is a cutting/suction dredge that sank in the early 1900s. Avg. depth of the dive is about 120 fsw with deeper areas. It is chock full of spiney and slipper lobster and other gamefish abound.
Aquatics will be remaining over site, and if you are certified for it, technical profiles are permitted within the time frame of the boat being on site. Basically you have to fit your profile(s) into the same time frame as 2 recreational dives with a hour and a half surface interval.
This is one of the premier dives off the NC Coast. One of the local shops chartered a bunch of slots and cancelled, so right now the trip does not have enough people to go....need 3 more to sign up to go. Come one come all. Be there or be square!
