Has anyone used these?? I'm thinking of mounting my pony (40) for single tank dives. It looks convenient to change out main tank. Thanks Keith

I did, very briefly, and then switched to just slinging any pony/stages on the lefthand side. It works much better: easy to reach and see, easy to protect the valve/reg, much simpler hose routing, easy to remove/cut free if entangled.

For an AL40, you will probably ultimately sling it on your left hand side like a stage / deco bottle. They're a bit awkward (length & weight) to do the "pony carry" on the tank. That really should be reserved for 13 cf and 19 cf tanks.

Rather do the sling. Easy access and view of all parts of the pony, in case of problems.
