The simple solution is to move your mouse over "Thread Tools" and select "Unsubscribe from this Thread".

Interesting thread and at times very entertaining. My take on it for what its worth - no person or country likes to be labeled by what others say, especially when comments may be taken the wrong way. I must say, I love it when folks stand up for their country wherever it may be.
