I'll be moving back to Southern California for a few months and bringing the dive gear along with me. This time, based out of Point Loma. Is there any shore diving to be had south of La Jolla? I've dove some kelp beds off Pt. Loma from a boat, but curious if there are any access points or places where I could get in without the 20 minute drive north. Even if just to splash around with a snorkel and a spear... anything nearer by would be great.
