Plum Cove - In Season Restrictions?

Hey Everybody,

Putting together my shore dive schedule, and I'd like to do Plum Cove. Does anybody know if they declare a moratorium on scuba diving in season? I realize parking is Resident Only, and I'm working out a solution for that, but will we encounter any restless natives if we dive there in July-August?

Not that I know of. I have dove there during the summer and not had a problem.
