Altitude = 3500 feet

Altitude rounded to the up to the nearest 1000 feet = 4000 feet

Every 1000 feet in altitude is equal to 4%.

The percent at 4000 feet altitude is equal to 16%.

Maximum depth = 126 feet

Altitude Corrected Depth = 147 feet

Depth x (1 + Altitude_Percent) = Altitude_Corrected_Depth

126 x 1.16% = 147 feet
