I apologize for being lazy, but after planning 5 trips in 2025 alone, my brain is going to explode if I have to plan another one :)

My SO and I have ~10 days in early November and I'm thinking of the Yucatan. We'd like to do a couple days of diving in Coz, a couple of dives on mainland cenotes, a visit to Tulum and/or Chichen Itza... can anyone suggest an itinerary that would be easy to put together? Or where to find one online? I'm a divemaster; my SO is newly certified but is extremely comfortable and capable in the water - the only issue might be needing an AOW cert for the cenotes(?) My one previous trip to Coz was a weeklong dive package, but my SO doesn't want to do that much diving, so we'd need to find an operator that would let us do a single day or two of diving.

Any thoughts or suggestions would be very greatly appreciated. Please be kind. TIA!

if staying in playa del carmen, you could reach out to matt at tankha dive shop. they can take care of the cenotes and coz diving.
there are tons of tour options avail to chichen itza or tulum ruins. we have never been to chichen itza but have been to the tulum site. we had a rental car and went on our own though.
we discussed driving to chichen itza as well but decided against it. the ADO bus goes there but the routing and scheduling was a pain. so i would suggest booking a tour online.
not sure if you prefer to stay at small hotels, all inclusive resorts, or condos. but playa would offer all of that in a range of budgets.
we have done a variety. the AI resorts are convenient, but we also like being in our own condo downtown where we can walk to different restaurants etc.
so you may need to narrow things down a bit to get specific recommendations.
10 days should give you plenty of time to do some diving, see ruins, enjoy playa and visit coz.

My wife and I dove Dos Ojos several years ago and we are only OW certed.
