Hey Everyone,
Everyone hates paying for trips. The worst part is collecting money for them...
I am pleased to introduce a new system designed to organize and distribute group funds for vacations, club trips, or anything. I wasn't sure where to post this but I used WePay to plan a scuba trip and was VERY VERY satisfied. My girlfriend and I also use it to split groceries...
The company, WePay, is a transparent system where all group members can see how the money is being spent, who is spending it, and reimbursements can be made automatically.
EXAMPLE: I want to organize a club trip for the FSU scuba club (30 members). All members go online to pay for the trip and use the group's WePay card to pay the dive center, hotel, and restaurant. The leftover money is either automatically distributed back to the members or goes into the groups permanent account. If the administrator allows, they can make all of the accounts visible to group members or just the other administrators.
For more info, go to www.wepay.com
They recently showed up at a PayPal software development conference and dropped off a block of money encased in ice. It said "PayPal Will Freeze Your Money."
Zach
NOTE: I do not work for nor do I get paid by WePay. My brother is CEO and Co-Founder, that is the extent of my connection to the company. I mention this because the name Aberman is on the site, that Aberman is not me. It took me awhile to use it but when I did, I loved it, that is why I am sharing it.
