I recently stumbled across this board and I want to thank everyone for all of the great information and providing a great time sink for long days at the office.
I have a question, I live in the Orlando area and was wondering if anyone could recommend an area to check out dive gear and practice finning techniques?
Somewhere you wouldn't need a buddy since getting people to come work on their frog kicks or spend a couple of hours while you practice bouyancy has proven difficult. Plus, adjusting a new BC or fins is not something I like to do for the first time on a boat dive. A pool might work or a spring, something safe, shallow, and cheap.
