Places to get a lionfish meal?

Hi All,
We are headed back to Bonaire in May and was curious about anyone that might be serving lionfish on the island. If not a restaurant, is there a fish monger that you can get them from? Really curious about the taste.

Hey rydog,

I just came back from Bonaire yesterday. You can get lionfish pizza at Pasa Bon Pizza. I didn't try it but my friends liked it. Here's the address:

If you're adventurous, you may want to try the iguana. I had the iguana stew at Rose Inn in Rincon. Definitely worth a try!

Cactus Blue also has a lionfish appetizer. Little deep fried pieces with a dipping sauce.

FYI, they were closed when we were there in March. But I talked to someone working there and they said they were going to reopen in a couple of weeks. Not sure if it happened or if it's still going to use the BdP name.

Bistro re opened mid March and are located at the marina at Harbour Village. It's a new hip not to miss spot.
