The Decked Out house (DOH), a newly constructed waterfront vacation rental home, is now licenced and operational. It was specifically designed to accommodate 4-15 guests, in particularly scuba divers. It hosts luxurious appointments, 3 master bedrooms, 1 private sleeping nook, a sleeping loft, 3 1/2 baths and large kitchen dining and living areas. Additionally, a studio with an additional bath can be made available to parties of 9 or more. It has 2600 sq. feet of inside rental area and 2000 sq ft of outside decks. The house's 75 ft wide private dock provides for complimentary moorage.

Decked Out House desires to meet scuba divers needs. It is very pleased to have a cheerful manager, who is also a scuba instructor, and to offer of Dive/Lodging packages.

Because the DOH just opened on Feb 15th, there are still peak season reservations available. Consider visiting delightful Placencia with your dive group during May or June whale shark season. (It's just before full moon and lasts until quarter moon.) We are looking forward to hosting such adventuresome guests.

Peak season rate - $1200/week.

I was down there last year in May 3 days before the full moon and 2 days after....4 dive days 8 dives out in the Gladden Spit never saw a Whale Shark.....The 5 DM's I met all said where did I hear before the full moon? They said it is the 3 days after the full moon.

Looks like a great place and a lot cheaper than Roberts Grove.....if you have a group.
