I was basically around Phuket and in the Similans. Some of those batfishes were shot at Racha Yai diving with rachadivers. Most of the other shots were from Similans and a liveaboard trip. There are few shots from Phi Phi aswell. If you're planning a trip to Thailand make sure you go to Similan and take your time. You don't want to rush and take a daytrip bumping up&down on a speedboat. Liveaboard is the way of diving in Similans.
