I'm a shallow girl. (I can hear the snickering already!) Have recently done deep and it is fine but frankly, not always worth the added air consumption. But that is the beauty of the sport -- something for everyone.

Oh gosh, definitely in the audience, I'm no singer/dancer/actor! I don't mind being in front of people though (teaching!)
