Phuket ? where are the districts

I have been reading the sawadee.com site and they talk about the muang, kathu and thalang districts but I cant see them on any map. what and where are they? just looked at the weather again and its raining!!! is this true or are all the weather places making it up. I thought this time of year was the summer and you got lots of sun!

Hi Steve,

I don't know what the weather reports say, but there is definately no rain here, nor do we expect rain for the next couple of months. Only sun.

Regarding the districts: Kathu is the area of Patong, Muang is Phuket Town (wich includes e.g. Rawai, Chalong, Kata and Karon, and Thalang I think is the Northern part of Phuket.
