Warm weather, maybe some rainshowers but normally dry. water will be 30 degrees Centigrade, maybe bit cooler at Similans.
Visibility at Racha Islands is always good, and Bida Islands and Shark Point area always unpredictable, at Similans visibility tends to get a bit less that time of year, because of more plankton in the water. That has upsides as well of course :)

April can produce some changeable weather, but it doesn't generally get terribly stormy for long periods. If there is an isolated storm, there can be some chop in the water while the storm is blowing in and while it is in progress. Operators make an effort to select dive sites that are sheltered from the worst of the weather when that happens.

Water temperatures are generally very warm, in the low 80's °F.

Visibility is likely to be affected by plankton reproduction after the long, sunny, dry season, but it is still reasonably good.

What sort of diving are you planning on doing? A few daytrips or a liveaboard?
