Hey, fellow SoCal-ers, I have some exciting news.

I have been hired as the Manager of the brand new Aloha Dive going up in Simi Valley, CA. We are shooting for a next Thursday opening, with a grand opening sale and party on April 2nd. DJ, food, dancing, prizes, the whole works.

I am also working on my instructor cert, so I'll be getting more dives, but a few of them will be working. Still, a dive is a dive!

Congratulations. Unfortunately, most of the dive shop managers I hear of after they get DI certified rarely get to do a non-working dive. Doing skills every dive with students, not my idea of fun. Still different strokes, different folks.

If I get up that way I will drop in.
