If you are using an Olympus Camera, the RAW converter plug-in for PS7 is on their web site for free.

This plug-in is provided by Olympus and basically duplicates what the camera does. The Adobe plug-in, that used to be for sale for $99 and worked with PS7 as well as Elements 2, is different and has more features. It is now incorporated in the CS version and apparently no longer available as a stand-alone plug-in from Adobe.
