Photo update problem

Since I have photoshop and at the time I posted my first pics I did not, I wanted to clean up some earlier shots. I had done this once before with no problem but this time when I uploaded the edited shot I got a "no thumbnail" and the dreaded red X. Any way to reverse and get the old pic back or do I have to delete and repost the new pic?

I would delete and repost. That's how I do it!
