I am trying to show a picture from pbase so it can be seen on-screen in a post. Did you just do something to this picture after I posted it so it would appear? When I first looked at what I had posted, all I saw was the link to the photo, not the photo itself. I have posted pictures before that turned out right. I think you are supposed to click on the mountain icon ("insert image"), then copy in the web address of the photo from pbase and put .jpg on the end. This doesn't appear to work now. I tried putting the mountain icon at the beginning before the web address, the mountain icon before and after the web address, and then only after the web address, and nothing worked. I looked at the explanation that you suggested from you and Dandy Don, and it was not helpful (sorry to be critical). Also, if you have done it correctly, should your picture appear on-screen when you preview the post before submitting it? This is frustrating because I posted photos before without any problem after someone told me about the mountain icon. I have to go to bed now.

do you keep then in an online gallery? I do and just copy the link and paste it into my reply
Nope, didn't do a thing. I did not see the image when I first posted, but it's there now.
The mountain icon should work just fine. There are other options in the UW Photo Sticky (Pink Link) if that doesn't work.
