O.K., now it appears I have figured this out. Last night, the mountain icon must not have been working correctly. Now it seems to be working. When I click on the mountain icon, a pop-window appears that asks for the url of my photo. Last night, no pop-up window occurred. Typing in
 also works, and this appears to be an alternative way of posting photos if the mountain icon does not work.)
It could have been a pop-up blocker.
That may be a logical explanation. I was trying to post from computer at home last night. Today I posted from my computer at work. Maybe a pop-up blocker is affecting my home computer, whereas the pop-ups appear on my work computer.
