Thanks for the responses everyone.

Any travel is never 100% safe and to be honest we probably would have more of a chance of getting into trouble at home in London than on a deserted island just off Cebu! But it's best to be safe than sorry, so thanks for your input.

in short he is a quadruple spy !!!! i wouldn't be surprised if he marries the Queen of London and have their kids raised in Africa and go to school in India
