Philippines Recommendations?

Hi all,

I've dived heaps in Indonesia but think it's time to visit the Philippines so planning a trip over Christmas this year. I love muck diving and I hear Anilao is the Lembeh Strait of Philippines so thought that would be a good place to start. The impression I get is that the diving overall can be a little hit or miss, so if I was to visit another spot on my trip does anyone have any recommendations? Also any resorts recommendations for Anilao?
