but for those who are interested.....

Dumaguete flat like a mirror, not the best vis 15 meter, but had some terrible weather last week.

In general it's better in the visayas at that time a year, but hey we had the longest rainy-season since many down here can think (sept - April) so don't blame my words

I still would recommend Visayas instead of Luzon or Mindoro
