I was at Roe Reef as well last weekend. The worst conditions I have ever had at Rottnest with less than 5m visibility and huge surge.

Maybe in Perth over Easter and planning to take the dive gear... Have a 3mm suit but no sure what the current water temp is..
Looking to find an operator in Freo to maybe do Roto.. dive sites 20 - 30m.. and dive mid week..

Dolphin Dive run the main boat out of Freo. But AFAIK they only head out on the weekends.
You might want to contact them to see if they're doing any mid-week trips over Easter though. Because there's the Easter public holidays and the ANZAC Day public holiday they might run extra trips.
