Just to add to the input:
I don't know about Watercolours, but I've heard good things. I've also seen/heard good things about Bayu divers. The manager is ridiculously forward when you first arrive but if you're planning on diving that's not an issue. I've met most of the staff and they're quite nice and seem to know what they're doing.
If you want a really nice isolated setting for your group, I work for Bubbles dive center. It's on the SE corner of the island, on a bay all on it's own. The isolated location means we have a nice house reef with minimal boat traffic, and we're close to Tiger Rock, which was mentioned above. We are also the other dive center that goes to the Barge, which is a bonus
