I'd like to hear what others have to say. Is the seller wrong? Am I wrong? Should this seller correct the situation or tell me to pound sand/spend more money for something I already paid for?

It is a bit disingenuous to state that you want to hear what others have to say and then argue with those very same "others" because they are not stating what you want to hear/read. It makes you come across as wholeheartedly unreasonable.

What I meant to say is that I'd be out $40. He isn't asking for $40. I paid the $20 to have him ship it to me then I'd have to pay $20 to send it back. I wouldn't get any of that back. Sorry for the confusion.
