Pensacola Beach Reef, off the main beach, just East of the fishing pier. Its a bunch of old pier rubble dumped between the 1st and 2nd sandbar. 100-150m east of the existing pier and 150mish off the beach.
Once Pickens opens back up, you'll have more dives available there.
Navarre Beach Pier is fun too.
