Is anyone interested in doing some exploratory dives in Pensacola Bay this winter?
Checking out wrecks and numbers that may not have been dived before.

I'm up for that. I even have an underwater Metal Detector I've been dying to get wet! Just let me know a time!

I may be up for some dives like that, it just depends on when.

I could do next weekend Dec.6 & 7 or maybe 20 & 21.
I was thinking more about after the holidays.
We would checkout numbers that I have and I will be adding to the collection. Then we could hit Pickins of the Mass. depending on which way the wind is blowing.

Gary, depending on the dates you choose I would love to go along. Next weekend is out for me...I will be in some caverns on the Mill Pond.:D Keep us posted on what you decide.

I know back on the MBT Divers forums, there was a guy who routinely dived several sites out in Pensacola Bay when conditions allowed. There's alot out there, including some tugs, barges, old paddlewheelers, and really really old historical sailing ships.

Oh, and alot of garbage too.

I've got a huge list of numbers along the bays and sounds in the area. Never got around to checking any of it yet though.

let's set some dates. What about a Sat. or Sun. in Jan.?
