Pelican case inserts: which to choose?

I'm ready to pull the trigger on a Pelican case for my camera stuff, but can't decide which insert to get with it. Do you use the pick-and-pluck foam or the padded foam dividers and why?

I think that Pick and pluck is a huge pain. the dividers are easy, flexible and lighter. IMHO, worth the extra $$$.

Thank you jarhed. I had the same thought, but I only see photographers and videographers on boats with the pick and pluck version, so I was wondering if I was missing something.

I have a Pelican 1560 with the dividers and cover accessory storage. You can put a ton of stuff in this box. All my cables, extra batteries, spare parts etc go in the top. Three P&S systems including strobes, McMurdo dive canister go in the bottom. Easy to reconfigure, pick and pluck foam pretty much locks you in to one configuration.
