Pelagic Dive Travel has launched its crowdfunding campaign on Indiegogo.
What does this mean? We are asking divers for support in terms of "Get a perk". Each perk has a contribution value but gives back a higher value. For example $100 for $150 in the form of savings off your next dive trip.
For those that don't know Pelagic Dive Travel, we are an online search and booking platform for the certified SCUBA Diver. The unique search allows the diver to search the marine species or trip and the dates, of their travel. For example Manta Rays in March. The results are displayed on a world map with Liveaboards, Dive Resorts, and Resorts. The diver can then choose the cabin or room, book, pay, and receive a confirmation all in one go.
Pelagic Dive Travel is an independent agency who focuses on the smaller dive operators, searches for new and undived areas, but what we feel the strongest about is the marine environment. We will operate charters into remote areas next year with a focus on education and preservation for the marine environment. Not only for the divers but working with local communities. The local communities are key to the survival and preservation of the marine environment in these remote areas.
