Here's a video I put together of a recent trip I did to Pavillion. I even tried channeling JYC by getting all poetic - it sounds better if you read with a french accent.

Very nice. The (obviously superior) classic gear makes it seem even more otherworldly. I wonder if silver spray paint would damage the wetsuit too much.

Hummm...... I wonder. That's a 3/2mm which was fine for the top 30' but below the thermocline I began to count the minutes after about 10. No wing, 2lb's of lead - that's why I love the steel 72.

It was nice to see someone in vintage gear. I have a bunch myself but haven't had the occasion to use it much. Nice vid Dale!

That was my USD DAAM reg. It has a long yoke so I can use a SPG with a banjo adapter. I also dive a USD Mistral short yoke which I use with a J valve or a Dacor tank valve that has a built in HP port. As well I have a USD RAM waiting to be rebuilt. Those three represent the evolution of the doublehose design (single stage unbalanced, two stage unbalanced and two stage balanced).

Today I did a working dive using this rig, looking for a friends lost camera (found after working a grid at 2' increments for 62 minutes). SP Mk5/109 on twin 40's with a USD J valved center post manifold.

I'm looking forward to looking forward when you dive Pavillion in two weeks; unless I'm in the lead, in which case, I'll be looking back :)
