Has anyone dove Pavillion Lake where the freshwater coral is located, about 2 hours from Kamloops? If so, let us know as were filming a section on it for "Spot Check" on our first issue on June 25th. Just seeing if anyone has dove it and their experiences!

Get hold of Donnie Reid, the diving officer at the Vancouver Aquarium (www.vanaqua.org ). He has lead NASA expeditions there for a few years now so has lots of good info on the site. He did a talk on Pavillion this April at our dive show that was absolutely fascinating.

talk to Mike @ Edge Diving in North Vancouver. He dove it. 604 990 DIVE(3483)

Leading Edge just had a 10-15 minute spot regarding the Pavillian lake "coral" on the Knowledge Network tonight.

Apparently you can watch it on their website too:

If you wait a few days, you may have to click on "Episode 2" in the Search menu, then click on "Watch Now" by the "Martian Clues" segment.

Hey Thank you very much

We actually somehow managed to watch that last night, it is pretty interesting, it gives us an idea of what to film and how to make it interesting with hosts, angles, etc.... Thank you for the link, it helped me show the rest of the crew the video to give them a better idea. Thank you

Pavillion Lake was a success, had 2 videographers with high def cams, amazing footage, we might even throw up a little teaser on the site for Pavillion lake. Definite must dive if you havent been, we give directions on the section for the issue.
