Yep. It was "Privacy".


Tiger's "Privacy" was invaded when they released the article in the magazine article in the previous post URL i put in.

Tiger sued Christensen for breaching a confidentiality agreement that precluded them from any photo's of the boat, the boats name, or any mention of it. (Hence the name Privacy I guess.).

Christensen later used the boat in advertising/marketing one of the Florida Boat shows before it was delivered, which breached the confidentiality agreement also.

I just wonder if all the free press advertising they got off the incident is enough to offset $1.6mil? maybe so?
