Does anyone know why the Patima site won't accept messages? Are they still up and running?

I ask because, I lost the port lock knob on my PDCH-G9 housing and wanted to see if the factory could easily send me a replacement. I went to the English version of their website at http://www.patimahousing.com/ and tried to send them a message, but I can't seem to get the site to allow me to send them a message.

Might be a silly question, but I just thought I'd throw it out there in case anyone has had any direct dealings with them lately.
