I'm new to diving and to Scubaboard and I just HAVE TO ASK...

What is with the parrots?

I'll be diving Brant Rock on the South Shore of Mass. for bugs. If anyone has any advice, it would be greatly appreciated.

never understood that one - we keep trying for a new look but everyone keeps coming back to the parrotts....

welcome

Dude...first off, welcome to SB, and enjoy...

Second Parrots kick arse...they remind me of warm tropical water (that I never get to dive in)...plus they're colorful and pretty to look at...I like the parrots...

Third...I think there are a few people on here who love to dive for bugs (spectre, richlocklyer, and a few others) so they probably have a little advice for ya :thumb:

Thanks for the welcome... and don't get me wrong, I dig parrots.

(I just didn't know you could get scuba gear to fit over those little beaks)

:fishy:
