UPDATE - Panay Explorers Inc is very proud to announce its first two DIVEMASTER graduates. This is a small feat for us. The support mechanisms to make it all happen provided us feedback for the "full-scale" operation. We were able to work on the property and take care of more legal business as well. We are continuing to push. We are learning about the "less than scrupulous" phenomenon within the civil servant ranks. We will not succomb to their greed and bad behavior. So far, so good.
We did finally realize that our niche is going to be night diving. We are rethinking our entire schema to support night diving operations. More to follow. Take a look at some photos my wife took on one of our recent dives. Check out our website to see some more photos.

Holy Crap! Your wife takes HUGE pictures. Nice though.

Congratulations to your new DiveMasters and to your progress. I'd love to come dive there this fall. Que Sera Sera. This will probably be my last trip to PI for a couple of years. Perhaps by then you will be fully operational. Certainly somebody you know knows somebody who knows somebody who can get those folks off your back at city hall? Eh? Good luck with it all.

Thanks. Yeah, the DENR Officials in Iloilo seem to think their public service jobs are there for their personal gain. It is a paradigm shift for them to have someone that doesn't play their games. We'll work through it. This too shall pass.

We will never play their corrupt games. It is not in our corporate character. That is not negotiable. Our FIL-AM team has zero room for corruption. Everyone has been very helpful to date. Our LGU is 100% behind the effort. This is too important for one corrupt official to cause problems. We'll get through it...slowly....but we'll survive. No compromises! Good Pinoy attorneys help too....:)

LOLOLOL.....we'll still have HAPPY HOUR.....the things you worry about!
