Panama City vs Destin Diving

Hello all,

My wife and I are looking at venturing to either Panama City or Destin to do some diving/camping. Does anyone have any recommendations on which city to head towards? What kind of diving should we expect at each city? Are there any good dive charters at either of these locations?

Also if you have any recommendations on good camping facilities that would be awesome.
